At Mama Minnies, we strive to provide high-quality hair-care products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return & Exchange Window

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of product delivery.
  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Products Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Only products that are wrongly delivered OR received damaged are eligible.
  • Products must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • Sealed and in original packaging
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase
    • Supported with clear photos and a mandatory unboxing video

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or unsealed hair-care products due to hygiene reasons.
  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or discounted bundles.
  • Partially returned combo packs.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video from all angles before opening the package. This is required for:

  • Damaged product claims
  • Missing items
  • Wrong item received

Requests without an unboxing video will not be entertained.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if:
    • The wrong product was delivered, OR
    • A damaged product was received (verified through unboxing video)
  • No money-back guarantee is offered on product performance, results, or personal preference.
  • Only the product amount will be refunded; shipping and COD fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund Timeline:
    • Prepaid orders: 5–7 working days after QC approval
    • COD orders: Via bank transfer in 10–15 working days after QC approval

If Order Was Not Complete

  • If any item is missing from the parcel, a clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
  • Without an unboxing video, the claim cannot be validated.
  • Upon verification, we will send the missing item without extra delivery charges.

Return/Exchange Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The request is made after 3 days of delivery.
  • The product is opened, used, or not in original packaging.
  • Items purchased during sale or clearance promotions.
  • Requests made without unboxing video proof.

Order Cancellation

Mama Minnies reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock
  • Pricing or system error
  • Payment verification failure
  • Customer is unreachable for order confirmation

Customers may request cancellation before the order is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation will not be accepted.
